1.    Registration
- A student identification card is necessary for registration in the library system. Registration is possible via online or in person at the Main University Library at Dobra 56/66 from Monday to Friday, 9-20 at the Circulation Desk (the ground floor, on the left side from the entrance). After registration a student card becomes a library card. The card is required when borrowing books or other resources from the Libraries.

2.    Log in to the library account and e-resources:
- Library card number (numbers below the barcode from the student card)
- Password 

Textbooks and lectures are available at the circulation desk without reservation. 

All the electronic resources (databases, e-journals, online catalogues, portals, etc.) available to students of the University of Warsaw can be searched and accessed through University of Warsaw Library site: www.buw.uw.edu.pl.

3.    Reservation (not including textbooks and lectures)
Owing to the fact that most books are stored off-site, books should be reserved in advance via the on-line catalogue. Our locations: "Instytut Anglistyki" and "Instytut Anglistyki. OSB".

4.    Self-service photocopying and networked printing machines are located in the reading room
